*Due to inflation in the price of supplies all massage and Facial service prices have increased. In addition every massage session now includes a lite stretch.
We no longer issue refunds for any canceled services. Appointments can only be rescheduled. All rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Same day rescheduling will incur a penalty of twenty five dollars per therapist. There is no rescheduling after your scheduled appointment time starts.
Booking with Gift Certificates/E Cards?:
-If you have a gift certificate or E-card please book only "members" services otherwise you will be charged when booking. After the member service that correlates to your gift is selected, Please do not forget to notate your use of a "physical gift certificate", or if using an e-card, please notate your sixteen digit code associated with your ecard in the note section of your booking form.
IF YOU BOOK A REGULAR SERVICE INSTEAD OF A MEMBERS SERVICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AND THE CHARGE CAN NOT BE REVERSED, YOU WILL HAVE TO USE YOUR CREDIT/GIFT AT A DIFFERENT TIME.
.***Please Note that All Physical gift certificates purchased, must be presented at the time of service or payment will be due immediately before any services are rendered, no exceptions.
Confirmations: - Confirmation of your appointment is solidified by the payment of your electronic invoice or payment received through our website ate the time of booking.
There is no credit, rescheduling, or gift certificate redemption on major holidays or surrounding weekends.
Booking online:-ALL ONLINE REQUESTS are for single sessions only, and Must be made at least 2 hours in advance. If you would like to book with less advanced notice please call to check availability.
-ALL COUPLES MASSAGE requests should try to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please call us or text us to book your couples massage.
Comfort limitations:- Please note that our tables have a 300 lb weight max and 6'5in length max for clients. IF you exceed these limitations please give us a call before booking your session.-Unfortunately we are not Handicap accessible, if assistance is required please call us before booking.
*** All massage packages, credits, and physical gift certificates are valid one year only. ***ONLY ACCEPT "ZEN AND THE CITY" GIFT CERTIFICATES, WE DO NOT ACCEPT "SPA AND WELLNESS" GIFT CARDS or any other gift cards or certificates that do not have VISA OR MASTERCARD LOGO.
